3. Quotes, Deposits, and Payment
A project is not confirmed until Lbee Arts accepts it and any required deposit, signed agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation is completed. Quotes may expire or change if project scope, size, timing, materials, delivery, or installation requirements change.
Payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation rules, refund eligibility, taxes, shipping, and delivery charges should be stated in the project quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project-specific document controls for that project.
4. Custom Artwork and Creative Variation
Custom artwork is handmade and may include natural variation in color, texture, materials, finish, brush marks, scale, and final appearance. Digital previews, sketches, color references, and sample images are guides only and may not exactly match the final piece.
Client approvals, revisions, delivery dates, installation needs, and care instructions should be confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to materials, drying time, client response time, delivery conditions, or events outside reasonable control.
5. Workshops and Events
Workshop bookings may be subject to attendance limits, venue rules, minimum age requirements, supply needs, setup time, cancellation deadlines, and safety instructions. Participants are responsible for following instructions and using art materials responsibly.
Lbee Arts may reschedule, cancel, or modify a workshop when needed because of safety, illness, venue issues, insufficient attendance, weather, supply problems, or other reasonable business needs.
6. Intellectual Property
The website design, text, images, artwork photos, branding, and other content are owned by Lbee Arts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, purchasing original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyrights, reproduction rights, licensing rights, design rights, and portfolio display rights remain with Lbee Arts.
7. Client Materials and Submissions
If you send photos, room images, reference art, logos, files, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and authorize Lbee Arts to use them to evaluate, quote, create, deliver, and document your requested project.
Do not send confidential, sensitive, unlawful, infringing, or private third-party materials unless you have the right to do so and they are necessary for the project.
